The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place in Germany (Germany).

Shipping (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

There are no shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

Up to a gross weight of 2kg and an order value of up to € 75, shipping costs are € 8.99.
From a gross weight of 2kg or more and an order value of up to € 75, shipping costs of € 15.99 are incurred.
From an order value of € 75, we deliver free of charge to Austria.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) takes place within 1 -3 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 3 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Orders received by 11 a.m. will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped the following day. There is no delivery on Saturdays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or later will be dispatched on Monday.
Please note that there is no delivery by post on Sundays and public holidays. These deadlines apply if the money is received immediately.

Due to the current situation caused by the corona pandemic, there may be temporary shipping delays. We ask for your understanding.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

February 2021: Due to the current weather situation, the already strained parcel industry is being put to an additional test. We can usually meet the shipping times, but the delivery times can be delayed at the moment (this may also affect the time until the tacking code is updated). We ask for your understanding and thank our shipping partners for their hard work.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the contract is concluded.

Payment via Klarna Checkout
In cooperation with Klarna we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

• Klarna invoice: Payable within 14 days of the invoice date. The invoice is issued when the goods are dispatched and sent by email. You can find the billing conditions here.
• Klarna installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR). • Instant bank transfer
• Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)
• Direct debit
